5. Eat water-rich foods.
Some water-rich foods exist which will indirectly make sure you consume a good amount of water daily. Include these water-rich foods like Zucchini (95% water), Cucumber (96% water), watermelon (92% water) and grapefruit (91% water).
6. Get into an herbal tea.
This is nothing more than flavored water. So, get used to flavored water or get into herbal tea with a big smile. Healthily kill time!
